How to make a baked potato?

When it comes to high starch and satisfying meals, a vegetable worth mentioning is potato. We add this vegetable to our daily recipes, and it is a kid’s favorite, but adults also like to eat it. Cooked rice is incomplete without potatoes. Here we will tell you some different recipes to enjoy potatoes, and that is baked potato not only healthy but delicious as well. 

Oven-baked potato with sour cream

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Chopped Green onion 

Method

First of all, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then take big-sized potatoes, but they should be equal-sized because different-sized potatoes take additional time for baking. We them very well until all the dirt is removed, then pat it dry.

Next, you need to pour some olive oil on them and rub them very well. Then sprinkle salt on them and prickle all potatoes with the help of a fork or knife. This prickling is done to avoid any harm since the heat accumulated in these potatoes during baking causes explosion. 

Take a baking tray and spread parchment paper on it. Put all these potatoes on the tray and keep them in the oven for 60-70 minutes. You can also put these potatoes directly on the oven grill. After baking, remove them from the oven and cut them in half. Garnish them with sour cream and green onions

Steak style baked potatoes

Ingredients 

  • 1 pc boneless shredded Chicken
  • Salt 
  • Black pepper
  • Soya sauce
  • Chili sauce
  • Cheddar cheese

Method

First of all, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. The large potatoes and wash them very well with water and pat them dry.

The next step is to prick them with the help of a fork or knife to allow heat to penetrate these potatoes, and another benefit of pricking is saving them from the explosion. Pour olive oil on potatoes, then sprinkle salt on them and keep in the preheated oven directly on the grill for 60-70 minutes.

Take shredded chicken, add salt, black pepper, soya sauce, and chili sauce. Mix the well. Remove potatoes from the oven, cut them into half, and put the chicken mixture in the center of these potatoes with the help of a spoon. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on them. Delicious baked potatoes are ready to serve.

Loaded baked potatoes 

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • salt
  • Potato
  • Red chili powder
  • Sour cream
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Method

First of all, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Tke large potatoes, wash them very well with water and dry them.

The next step is to prick them with the help of a fork or knife to allow heat to penetrate these potatoes, and another benefit of pricking is saving them from the explosion. Pour olive oil on potatoes, then sprinkle salt on them and put them on the baking tray, and then keep in the preheated oven directly on the grill for 60-70 minutes.

Sauce preparation

Take 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and melt it. Now add 1 teaspoon red chili to it. Mix it and turn the heat off. Take baked potatoes, cut them into half, and pour butter and red chili mixture on it. Add sour cream and shredded cheese. Scrumptious loaded baked potatoes are ready to serve.
